Second Half Of The 18th Century Small Chest Louis XV

Elegant small chest of drawers with a wavy front, made of walnut veneer and carved fruit woods. The piece of furniture has truncated pyramid legs and an extendable writing desk undertop. There are also three drawers with keys, ergonomic and ideal for storing objects. The top, finished in walnut burl, gives further refinement to this small chest of drawers. Small in size but of great elegance and workmanship, this piece of furniture is able to furnish any room with taste and refinement. In good condition, restored with natural shellac. Italian manufacture of the neoclassical period, in the transitional style between Louis XV and Louis XVI, around the second half of the 18th century (approx. 1770).
