This Louis XV style desk offers a beautiful work surface and develops on a tier offering 4 drawers and a door allowing storage, accompanied by two niches.
The tier is very eventful.
An ideal work surface for working and possibly receiving a computer.
The strongly eventful belt opens onto a large drawer and when you release it you have two secret compartments on each side to the left and right.
It rests on four finely carved Louis XV curved legs ending in stylized sabots.
This is a full-face desk that you can place in the center of a room or against a wall.
The back is veneered with burr walnut and nicely carved.
Beautiful patina of matte waxed blond walnut. Very nice work of marquetry of fillet and veneer of burr walnut, forming geometric and random patterns.
The whole desk is very eventful and curved. No restoration to report.
