Large Walnut Fariniero, Carved Lace, Early 19th Century

Large Provencal carved and openwork walnut fariniero.

A superb model of fariniero decorated with a bouquet of flowers.
The hatch is very finely carved and the grip is openwork as well as the rear pediment.
A small simulated drawer on the front carved with a flower basket.
It rests at the front on two shell feet.
A very small, barely visible lack on the left front foot.
It has kept its bobeches.
It is rare to find a fariniero so well carved and openwork in the manner of Nîmes or sometimes Arlesian chests of drawers.
